My wonderful Family

Lucky!

I am so thankful everyday that I have a sister that lives 5 miles from me. With both of having husband as firefighters and them working 24 hour shifts it gives us alot of time on the weekend to spend time together just us and the boys. Hank and William are becoming quite the pair and love each other so much! William is so lucky to have the love of Hank, Jordan and Steve. I know Will and Hank will always have that brotherly bond. I am one lucky aunt, sister, wife, sister in law and mother to have such a great support group so close to us!

Class of 1997

Me and the Jumbo Margarita, It really does live up to it's name :)
Ben ( Scott' best friend from HS) and his wife Sabrina ( after a jumbo Margarita) :)
Scott and his cousin Chirs, celebrating the Red Oak Tigers

We celebrated Scott's 15 year Highschool reunion this weekend in Red Oak. Scott missed the last two reunions because as he would say " he was serving our great country" and I along with all of his family and friends could not be more proud. On Friday, we headed to La Casa ( where they serve the World's Largest Margarita ;) )  for dinner and then onto the Red Coach were we celebrated with 5 other Red Oak Tiger graduating classes. We had so much fun. We do not get see much of his high school friends so it was so wonderful to catch up! Bring on the 20 year :)

Some California Love!

My best friend Martha made an appearance back in Iowa this week. I always love to have a Chaput girl back in the midwest. :)

Union Pacific Railroad Days- Omaha

On June 17th, The Oder-Turner- Ratcliff families were recognized as 4th generation Union Pacific railroaders. Union Pacific celebrates 150 this year and they are recognizing generation employees. Jordan wrote a wonderful article on our family and it was so wonderful to be recognized in this category. Our families headed down to TD Ameritrade to celebrate. I cannot say it enough, I am so proud to work at such a wonderful company!

Barr Family Reunion 2012

We headed to Dammann Oaks over Father's Day weekend. William has become quite the little camper and loves to fish. We are so grateful to spend time with family that we do not see that often at least once a year. We are already planning for next Summer!
