This is the line we quoted when Scott and I won second place at the ugly sweater Party. We lost to Kris and Patty Birusingh. Scott and I were pretty disappointed and are going by the motto" If you are not first your last" :).Tonight we attended a party at Colette and Andy Martins. The Martins had a wonderful idea of Adopting a Family for this holiday season. A group of us got together and supported a family. The Oders, Ratcliffs and Turners bought gifts for J'Shaun a 3rd Grader.The Family also consisted of Mom, a 2nd grader and 4 month old. This was great for us and hopefully J'Shaun and his family will have a wonderful Christmas because of it. The Martins also hosted an Ugly Sweater Party. It was great. It is amazing to see what is out there. We had a wonderful time and loved purchasing items for our adopt a family. I think this is something that will become a tradition. I also think the sweaters will get uglier as time goes by.Enjoy the pics!!! and thank you Colette and Andy!!!
