Operations Manager- Carload Solutions

On June 1st, I was all set to start my alternative work schedule. I would cut back on my hours and work one day from home in the morning. I was so excited for this opportunity and for the opportunity to spend more time with Scott and William. Well instead of the alternative work schedule starting on June 1st , I received a promotion to Operations Manager and started my new job. Although, working an alternative work schedule is what I have always wanted I also have always wanted to make this next step in my career. I will 6 direct reports and will gain tons of experience. I am so grateful for all the support!!
